Soy is one of the most famous foods in Japan. But it’s
relatively new to the American market.
Japanese are believed to live longer thanks to soy
consumption which battles diseases, bacteria and inflammation.
According to a
review article from the National Cancer Institute in the US, and research at
the Children’s University Hospital, Heidelberg, Germany soy does kill cancer.
This is thanks to the genistein, a plant-based isoflavone, that kills the
cancer cells, decreases tumors and prevents the cancer from spreading.
Organic Fermented Soy (Miso) Kills Cancer Cells
However, some types of soy products are linked to breast cancer and
brain damage so the best thing to fight cancer is Miso soup. This soup is made
from fermented soy that improves the wellbeing of the organism plus it improves
the immune system and fight and prevents all kinds of cancer.
