RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • 1tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 glass of water

PREPARATION:
All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients in a blender. Drink this every morning before breakfast and make sure that the beverage is fresh, made in the same morning. Follow the steps, and you’ll be surprised from the results.

LEMON JUICE
The lemon juice has alkalizing effects on the body and it also regulates the pH value and the level of glucose. It is also rich in vitamin C, which is one of the most important nutrients.
