Banana tea
Bananas, and especially their peel are high in magnesium and

- 1 organic banana;
- A dash of cinnamon (optional);
- 1 small pot of water.
Preparation:
- Cut both of the ends of the banana and place it along with the peel in a pot with boiling water.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour the water into a mug with the use of colander.
- Add some cinnamon.
- Drink it 1 hour before going to sleep.
Sleeping pills cannot help you long-term, but only provide a
short-term fix. They are classified as sedative hypnotics and such drugs are
benzodiazepines (Xanax and Valium) and barbiturates. They can be addictive and
are used to treat anxiety disorders by increasing drowsiness. Barbiturates
depress the central nervous system are used as sedatives and anesthetics.
They may cause side effects such as:
- Difficulty focusing and remembering;
- Dizziness;
- Constipation;
- Uncontrollable shaking;
- Weakness;
- Stomach pain;
- Pasasomnias;
